Our client is a full-service social agency driven by passion for music and social content. They work with a wide range of brands within the music & entertainment industries. They are currently looking for an experienced Creative Content Producer/StudioManager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity. They are based in London and working 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, experienced and well-established producer with music experience to come in and help build & deliver our studio services agency-wide.

As producer and studio manager you will work alongside our in-house creatives and our studionetwork to create & deliver content for some of the biggest musicians, music brands, festivals & events in the world.


Creatively we deliver a wide range of content including graphic design, motion graphics, social video, music videos, photography, branding, AR and more.

As Creative Content Producer & Studio Manager you have the opportunity to help build and establish us as one of the go-to content studios within the industry.

Your Responsibilities:_

  • Project management & producing of the agency's studio output.
  • Organising design and creative job logistics from preproduction to postproduction
  • Qualifying briefs from clients and liaising with them to agree on all aspects of project deliverables.
  • Working closely with our creative director, social media specialists & other creatives to build & deliver treatments that successfully sell in our proposed creative ideas & executions.
  • Building and managing project budgets, keeping jobs on track financially, working with our finance team & commercial director to keep track of invoicing & forecasts.
  • Building and managing project timelines to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients to receive feedback from them, respond accordingly and get signoff.
  • Sourcing of freelancers for specific jobs and building your own freelance network in various creative disciplines.
  • Briefing and managing freelance resource as needed to ensure smooth delivery of their work.
  • Refining and implementing your own processes to improve the creative output of the agency operationally, structurally and culturally.
  • Work with our Co-Founders and Creative Director to build our studio product and bring in new projects, supporting with pitching where necessary, to scale the revenue of this side of the business.

Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in studio management & social content production.

To really flourish in this role, we would expect you to:


  • Be passionate about music, ideally having worked in the music industry, with experience producing creative and digital content for socials.
  • Be confident briefing and project managing other creatives, to deliver content that looks great and that audiences really connect with.
  • A great creative eye, with the ability to think critically about creative executions & suggest best practice approaches for social media.
  • Understand a variety of creative processes and are able to assess workload, estimate timings and manage resources accordingly.
  • Have indepth knowledge of social media platforms, formats, deliverables and how these impact timeframes & budgets.
  • Be a native user of Instagram & TikTok, with an interest in keeping up to date with a fastmoving social media landscape.
  • Have excellent project management skills; meticulously organised and process driven, thriving in a fastpaced work environment and able to multitask across a variety of projects (whilst staying cool under pressure too of course).
  • Show confidence and finesse in nurturing client relationships and solving problems creatively with existing clients.
  • Comfortable & experienced in client meeting situations.
  • Firstclass written & verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills to aid in budget management with clients.
  • Be well connected with a range of goto creatives and freelancers you already work with to deliver content for the music industry.
  • Feel motivated to help drive the success and growth of the company by asserting your ideas both creatively & operationally.
