The Graduate Teacher Programme offers a salaried route into teaching. Salaried, school based Initial Teacher Training is the most robust form of trainingavailable today.

This combined with the unparalleled expertise and support of your primary school and your primary school mentor, perfectly dovetailed with high quality Initial Teacher Training offered by The University of Buckingham you will seamlessly transition into beingan Early Career Teacher (ECT) enjoying a wonderful career within the education sector positively impacting lives for many generations to come.

With this support and over a 15 month period you will work towards your Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) and your Post Graduate Teacher Apprenticeship (PGTA) ensuring you have the very best start in your chosencareer possible.


IF THIS IS OF INTEREST PLEASE READ THE PRE-REQUISITES TO APPLY CAREFULLY:

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, you must hold a degree and hold GCSE (or C/4 or above equivalences) in Maths, English and Science.

While this programme starts in September 2023 to coincide with the new academic year the virtual mandatory first day of learning is Thursday 24th August 2023.
