Part time administration role Monday-Friday (possibility of working a Saturday or Sunday morning also)

Assisting with the day-to-day running of a Toddler Football company and a children's holiday camp provider (various franchisees in various areas throughout Essex, London and Norwich.

16 hours per week, meets minimum wage, work from home (sometimes), quiet flexible days and hours (can be discussed). Option to work term time only (with perhaps the exception of the entire 6 weeks holidays)

Duties to include a wide variety of tasks:

  • assisting with recruitment and on boarding
- staff management (ensuring staff have their needs meet)
- light marketing (ad hoc)

  • Ordering of stock and sorting/distribution
- uploading weekly content to social media's

  • Book venues (may include visits to halls in various locations to access suitability)
  • Monthly club reports for P&L
  • Attend meetings (taking notes) and building rapports with customers
  • Complete tasks that meet the business needs

Role requirements:

  • Car driver is essential for this role
  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, sales would be beneficial.
  • Self employed position (invoice monthly at end of each month)
  • Willing to travel locally on a weekly occasion to meet a business demand
- sports coaching experience would be beneficial and advantageous
