_Personal Assistant/Carer_

Driving Licence Required_

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a PA/Carer to support a bright and polite man in his thirties affected by a significant physical disability who relies on his wheelchair to maintain his mobility and independence.

You will be required, Thursdays between 9:00 a.m.

and 2:30 p.m, which is a great opportunity to work around your childcare needs and cover annual leave in replace of his main carer with adequate notice provided.

The individual will require support to accomplish routine tasks such as household chores, daily activities and fantastic daily outings of his choice as well as accompanying to infrequent medical appointments.

He will need help with all aspects of personal care and will rely on the experience of his carer to provide this, such as prompting and managing medication, toileting, and bathing, with the use of a ceiling hoist.

To transport the individual in his (manual) adapted vehicle, you must be a safe confident driver, in good health and willing to travel on motorways.

You will be insured on the employer's insurance policy provided.
