Receptionist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in Windsor.

The successful Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm, welcoming meet and greet service to visitors
  • Answering calls and screening efficiently, taking and delivering messages and dealing with enquiries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Booking, recording and handling all incoming and outgoing post & couriers
  • Managing stationery and general stock in the office
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing, binding and filing
  • Producing documents and presentations
  • Arranging taxis
  • Booking catering and providing refreshments for meetings held at the office

The Receptionist will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective team player
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to preempt situations and take appropriate action
