ReceptionistCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in Windsor.
The successful Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Providing a warm, welcoming meet and greet service to visitors
- Answering calls and screening efficiently, taking and delivering messages and dealing with enquiries in a polite and friendly manner
- Booking, recording and handling all incoming and outgoing post & couriers
- Managing stationery and general stock in the office
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, binding and filing
- Producing documents and presentations
- Arranging taxis
- Booking catering and providing refreshments for meetings held at the office
The Receptionist will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective team player
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to preempt situations and take appropriate action
