Permanent Opportunity

£20,319 per annum up to £26,308 plus overtime and Excellent Benefits Package

Rotation Early and Late Shift Pattern

06.00am / with an early finish on a Friday

The Production Operative Role:


  • Responsible for operating bespoke machines
  • Responsible for material preparations
  • Adhere to full compliance with all health & safety aspects, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Ensure quality controls and standards are maintained.
  • Maintain strict production schedules.
  • Shift based hours, working and early and late rotating shift pattern.
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing / production environment
  • Working as part of a team and using your own initiative when required
  • Punctual with good time keeping skills.
  • Health and Safety focused.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and able to work well as part of a team
