Milk Education is partnering with a large Secondary school in the Walton area who are recruiting for an Unqualified Behaviour Buddy to support children with Social, emotional and mental health needs and Behavioural needs on a close 1:1 basis and provideacademic, social and emotional support to the children.

This Unqualified Behaviour Buddy role is to begin in ASAP on a long-term basis, with the possibility of a permanent contract.


Jobs and Responsibilities:

  • As a Unqualified Behaviour Buddy you will be workingunder the direction of the teacher, helping, and assisting with any instruction given
  • Must have a positive attitude with an enthusiasm to help with the child's development
  • To create a safe secure space for the child
  • Have the ability to remain calm and patient
  • To be reliable and flexible

Experience working with Children or experience working within a classroom

  • To have a knowledge and understanding of the Secondary curriculum
  • Must be capable of managing behavior
