Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader/Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance lead you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position based across multiple sites in London.


Responsibilities:


Job Description:

• Routine maintenance on comercial sites, flats, care homes and estates.

- ⁠Driving licence
- ⁠Horticultural knowledge

• Operating grounds maintenance machines, mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and blowers.
• Good communication skills
• Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas that require attention
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members or tenants
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment servicing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics
• Mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a logical approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
