The role:
Data Finance Analyst


The role assists with the design, build and implementation of data, business, system, and process transformation across the account whilst always delivering data and insight that quality assures accounts performance.

The role works closely with the customer, helpdesk/ contract support/ management teams, and interfaces internally with other account functions.


Key responsibilities are as follows:


  • Supports the implementation of the account data strategy to optimise performance and enhance customer and key stakeholder outcomes.
  • Utilising customer system & CBRE system data, prepare performance reporting and trend analysis, ensuring MI data is transparent and relevant.
  • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboard / reports that support business performance and decision making.
  • Supports the Account Director with ongoing performance management of the Account Performance Management System, including data governance;
  • Develops organisational performance indicators, scorecards and dashboards related to service quality and performance and works with relevant functional heads and teams to identify methods to collect and analyse such indicators.
  • Contribute to process and solution design that enable internal and external stakeholders to use and understand data more effectively.
  • Supports the contract team to build statistical techniques, data modeling and solutions to drive account performance and value including the management of PowerBI and other BI Solutions.
  • Develops and maintains a process for gathering, validating, and analysing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards, service effectiveness and service risk.
  • Ensures critical evaluation processes are established for data, BI and management information.
  • Document processes and procedures and develop userfriendly training materials.
  • Provide technical support and user training sessions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Person Specification:

To be an effective Data Finance Analyst it is essential you have the following knowledge, skills and expertise:

  • Excellent relationship building skills with strong influencing capability and people engagement experience.
  • Experience in performance management, including complex data and predicative analysis.
  • Ability work under pressure and to deadlines, within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional analytical and data management skills and capability, able to present persuasive arguments with data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficient in the use MS Applications specifically Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBi;
  • Experience of CAFM systems
  • Experience of Verisae/ Coupa advantageous.
  • Experience in leading or delivering operational business improvement, continuous improvement, process implementation and development.
  • Evidence in delivering lean/ other business improvement methods and processes.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with proven track record stakeholder relationship management.
  • Excellent ability to prepare clear and concise documents.
  • Calm and measured manner, able to work under pressure against demands and priorities using own initiative.
  • Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time, and able to travel on occasion to other work locations.
  • Experienced in working with databases.
  • Quick learner
  • Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload.
  • Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Highly selfmotivated and showing initiative.

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or similar.

Job Types:

Salary:
£33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
