We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Purchase Ledger department.
Based in Wirral, our convenient on-site parking and potential for hybrid working (including one day working from home) offer a flexible and accommodating work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Resolve queries, maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers
- Conduct thorough statement reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team in assisting with cash flow management.
- Liaising effectively with various departments.
Person spec:
- Experience in processing purchase ledger invoices
- Reliable and punctual
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
