Credit Controller - Entertainment - Central London

You will be welcomed into a friendly, collaborative team, offering hybrid working and a fantastic office space based in Central London.

Key responsibilities:

Managing all debt, ensuring it is paid in a timely fashion
Reconciling customer accounts and collaborating with the Sales Team to resolve any billing issues
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer
Issuing dunning letters and final demands
Completing aged debtors and other financial reports on a monthly basis
Liaising with various internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly
Deputising for the Credit Control Manager

- hoc duties as requested by the Credit Control Manager or other stakeholders

Key skills:

Prior experience working within Credit Control and/or Accounts Receivable function
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise work load and adhere to deadlines
Numerically minded with excellent attention to detail
A naturally organised individual with a proactive and positive approach
A confident individual who can share their ideas and opinions
A positive personality to connect to people
Willing to adapt to changing priorities and flexible enough to respond to the demands of a growing and nonhierarchical organisation
