Senior Town Planner

Competitive basic salary + benefits + bonus

As part of this dynamic team, you will deliver exceptional planning services across various sectors, including education, energy, health, residential, retail, and major mixed-use and regeneration schemes.

The team act on behalf of many high-profile clients,including some of the country's major land developers, housebuilders, and retail operators.


  • RTPI accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
  • MRTPI chartership or in pursuit of the APC.
  • Demonstratable previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the planning system.
  • Commercial awareness.
The team take a flexible approach to work, with a mixture of home and office-based working for all employees. You will receive ongoing support and guidance from the experienced senior leadership team across all offices.
