Job Title:
Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Location:
Stafford, Midlands

Salary / Benefits £20k-£35k +Training +Benefits

Level of Experience:
Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst though to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Litchfield, Stafford, Burton on Trent, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury, Tamworth, Derby

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will ideally hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
" Will hold extensive experience within the asbestos industry, doing surveying, air testing and air monitoring.
" Will be up to date with relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
" Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role:
" Undertaking stage 4 clearances, smoke, background, leak re assurance, visual, re occupation and personal air testing.
" Carrying out management, refurbishment / demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Collecting information from site to produce detailed reports.
" Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislation.
" Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
