Customer Success Admin - IMMEDIATE START
£11.28p/h | Monday - Friday | Full Time
Temp | 6-Months
Quedgeley - Gloucester
You would be dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries and orders. You will be working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment dealing with customers of all types working to strict deadlines. You will need to remain calm and professional in all situations.
About You:
- You will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
- You will display an excellent level of attention to detail.
- Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to multitask.
- To be a motivated and positive team player.
- Excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding overdue balances and enquiries
- Always remain calm and professional
- Provide solutions and customer friends payment options
- Use relevant systems to keep detailed notes on all conversations with customers
- Communicate with management and team members to ensure the smooth running of daytoday duties
