Job Title:
IT Service Delivery Analyst

Location:
Oxford, OX4 6NL- Hybrid

Job Type:
Contract via umbrella

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension.

The Role:


The IT service delivery team is responsible for the smooth introduction of new IT systems and initiatives into the plant as well as providing the guidance and steering for all IT operational topics utilising the ITIL framework.

Below are some of the mainaspects of the role, maintain an overview of the IT projects that are running in the plant utilising clear PMO methodology and knowledge.


  • Support the PKT project team "New SAP rollout" with the startup and cutover activities for the project.
  • Support and help develop the IT processes for Incident, problem and change utilising knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Support the development of emergency concepts and business impact analysis together with the PKT project teams.
  • Support the introduction of new technology / innovation into the various plant areas ensuring a clear alignment to the IT processes.
  • Support the creation and development of Power BI reports supporting the operational processes.

The role is suited to someone who is self-motivated, confident with approaching people and able to challenge the status quo.

They need to have experience working within a large organisation and able to balance and prioritise their work. Knowledge of andan understanding of new trends in technology and manufacturing will be a distinct advantage. Qualifications / requirements. - Degree educated or significant experience working within industry or IT within a project environment. - Demonstratable knowledge ofITIL V4, ideally with qualification. - Knowledge of large IT system role out is an advantage. - Demonstratable knowledge of project management, Agile project management an advantage - Good inter-personal and communicator skills. - Methodical, practical, hands-onapproach
