As part of the Operations and Administration team based at the Leicestershire office, you will be working to support SkillBase First Aid's network of First Aid and Fundamental Wellbeing Trainers right across the UK.


The role is varied, you will be working across; online management platforms, phone and online chat queries, ordering, stock control, and general office admin tasks.

Alongside the O&A team you will be supporting the wider business to provide the consistent excellent customer service we are so proud of.

With full training and support from your team, the duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Speaking to customers by phone and using our website chat platform, Jivo
  • Using our customer relationship management (CRM) system and default diary to input, check and monitor data
  • Using our ecommerce platform to input orders for customers.
  • Organising orders for customers, pick and packing stock
  • Dispatching orders through Interparcel and post office dropoffs, including checks and followup on missing/delayed deliveries
  • Using our ecommerce platform to check stock control and create orders with suppliers
  • Booking consumables out for Trainers
  • Arranging preparation paperwork and resource packs for Trainers.
  • Processing postcourse paperwork
  • Booking and monitoring observation days for licensed Trainers
  • Relicensing paperwork for Trainers
  • Adding and monitoring our network of Trainers across our management system platforms
  • Reissuing certificate requests
  • Printing certificates and letters

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administration Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required
  • 5 Day courses with HOET

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full Time Employment after apprenticeship / growth / opportunity to grow with the business.
