My Solution Wellbeing are looking for a Counsellor for Children or a Child Therapist Working Full time or Part Time or flexible hours to join our dynamic team. Working in Nottingham City Centre.

Able to work with patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. We are looking for someone to work with children.

Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries and be professional. You will join our team of Practitioners to provide counselling to clients and families in need.


You will ideally have experience in counselling for children and will ideally have a track record of managing your caseload.

You must be willing to work in accordance with the BACP ethical and standard guidelines.

Diploma or degree in counselling but not essential. Qualifications in Child Therapies or other related qualifications are possible.

Excellent listening skills.

Excellent communication skills and understanding of complex difficulties.

Up to date knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Counsellors will be responsible for conducting Initial Assessments with both parent/carer and child.
