Philosophy Education is an Education Recruitment company built on experience and the highest levels of service for our teachers, support staff and schools.


We are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team to ensure staff are eligible to work in schools.


Compliance Administrator Role

Your role will include:

  • Checking Right to work documentation
  • Processing DBS and overseas police checks
  • Referencing
  • Preparing clearance documents for schools
  • Database management
  • General administration duties
  • Answering the phone and supporting with day to day running of the office

Working with Philosophy Education
This role is based within our busy London office situated close to London Bridge station.

You will be working alongside a highly-experienced, friendly and professional team who all have around 20 years experience in Education recruitment and teaching.

Essential qualities for the Compliance Administration role:

  • English and Maths GCSE grade C or above
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dedicated work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to cope in a busy, pressured environment
  • A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
Previous experience in compliance administration or education recruitment is desirable although not essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
