Are you looking for a new challenge or ready for a career working with a specialist area of work? An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Sensory Processing Service as an administration assistant, supporting the the team and being a crucial part of our service.

The Sensory Service provides sensory processing advice/support and assessments with children and young people in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.


The successful applicant will undertake a range of administrative duties under the supervision and management of the service leads and therapy team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible person to work within our busy children's service.

You will be working within a within a supportive, friendly team who are passionate about making a difference to the children, young people and families who we work with.

You will be given the opportunity to access relevant training, and development opportunities and regular supervision will be provided.

The main duties will be processing referrals and booking appointments over the telephone and online.

Being the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to deal with a diverse range of queries and project a professional image and provide daily support and assistance to the Occupational Therapists and assistants.
