Technical Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a technical leader to head our civil engineering team in Bristol, within a multidisciplinary office. This role reports directly to the local director office leader.

Competitive Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Diverse Project Workload: 50% residential and 50% non-residential projects, including high-profile local initiatives

Collaborate with the office leader to learn and grow professionally
Lead Technical Outputs: Take ownership of the civil team's technical deliverables
Manage the civil team members and provide guidance
Encouraged to develop skills in marketing, work-winning, and business operations (optional)

Your Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Proven ability to deliver quality projects on time and to client expectations
Knowledge of Design Tools: Familiarity with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104, as well as Civil3D and WinDes software
UK Market Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the UK market, including residential sector knowledge
Proven Principal Engineer or Senior Engineer with potential for promotion to Principal Engineer
