Front of House - £28,000 - £30, hours per week (1 hour paid break) Chance of tips/bonus
The Opportunity

A new and prime exclusive addresses in London with facilities to rival the top 5* hotels are looking for a Front Door team to provide a warm and friendly welcome to all residents and visitors.

The front of house team will provide the first point of contact for all residents and guests arriving to the development.

This is a great position if you love talking to people and take pride in being helpful. Part of the duties of the front door team is topark the residents cars if required, this means to be considered you will need a clean UK driving license and be over 30 (insurance purposes)

42 hour contract with an excellent rota pattern:
WK 1 MON/TUE - ON WED/THUR - OFF FRI/SAT/SUN - ON
WK 2 MON/TUE - OFF WED/THUR - ON FRI/SAT/SUN - OFF

Some of the duties will include:

  • Providing a efficient and customer-service driven valet service to all residents within the development
  • Stay informed on daily movements of residents in an out of the building to be prepared for assisting with the valet service promptly as needed
  • Assist the concierge team in answering general enquiries
  • Welcome all guests to the building ensuring a hospitable and professional attitude at all times
  • Assisting with bags, luggage and directions and arranging taxis and transport as required
  • Ensuring clear communications between residents and team and that any requests are actioned swiftly
  • Stay informed on daily movements of residents in an out of the building to be prepared for assisting with the valet service promptly as needed
  • Assist the concierge team in answering general enquiries
