We are currently working with a successful and rapidly growing global recruitment organisation who are seeking a hands on, proactive and dynamic Global payroll professional.


As Global Payroll & Benefits lead, you will oversee a current team of three and report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits.


Responsibilities include:


  • Overseeing and hands on processing of UK and global payroll and benefits, with a focus on the US & UK
  • Liaising with various third party vendors
  • Lead on year end processing including P11ds and Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Manage, develop and support the team
  • Benefits administration and reporting
  • Working closely with Finance
  • Review and recommend process improvements and systems automation
  • Resolution of payroll related queries from employees, internal and external stakeholders

Experience required:


  • Experience processing global payrolls
  • US in particular
  • People management experience within a payroll environment
  • A hands on approach
  • Confident dealing with multiple vendors
