As we approach the festive season, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Christmas Temporary Front of House Team Members to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables.
- Handle payments and provide accurate change to customers.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- A positive and customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings & weekends
