Description

Loss adjusting operation has the need for a Operations Manager in their Domestic Major Loss & Agricultural team in the Midlands/South West operation.

Ideally living in or around this region you would be involved in driving performance and ensuring your teamcontinue to deliver to client requirements and to the highest levels of customer care alongside quality and service.

You will also ensure the team receive the level of support to enable them to meet the standards expected and to realise their own ambitionsand career objectives.

You would have direct management responsibility for the adjusters working in both the Domestic Major Loss and Agricultural team, working in conjunction with the Regional Support Manager, who oversees the Adjuster Support Team.

This wouldbe a home based role with the need to travel.
