Searching for a dynamic, hands-on and strategic-thinking retail-focused (shopping-centres) Senior Asset Manager, probably someone stepping up into the role but with at least 8-10 years' experience in UK retail AM and a broad asset management skillset.

Thesuccessful candidate will report to the UK Head of AM and will take on responsibility for a portfolio of three assets.

Team management responsibilities and a lot of autonomy. Looking for retail experts with an abundance of smarts, drive, ambition and a switchedon, confident approach. London based with extensive UK travel. Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
