We are looking for a Standards and Progression Leader for Science to join our team here at Nottingham Academy

About the Role:


As a leader in the Science Faculty you will join a team who will play a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students you teach.

As the Standards and Progress Leader you will ensure students are on track to achieve fantastic outcomes and implement effective interventions for any who require it.


About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • is passionate about Science and about helping all pupils succeed despite their background
- has high professional standards
- is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
- is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
- is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils.
