We're in search of a dynamic and motivated individual to join our expanding team in the position of Administrator/Director's Assistant.
This role entails a diverse mix of customer support, data entry, assisting the team with administrative tasks, and contributing to the success and growth of Amet Contracting Group.
Additionally, the role will involve providing administrative support to our three Directors.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Amet Contracting Group's clients through various communication channels.
- Enter data correctly into our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to support day to day activities.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Amet Contracting Groups products and services to effectively assist users.
- Contribute to the development of our administrative duties
- Support the Directors
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or digital marketplaces is a plus.
