Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our client based in Braintree/Felstead on a temporary to permanent basis.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Organising the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
  • Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments.
  • Monitoring the level of supplies and handling shortages.
  • Resolving officerelated malfunctions and responding to requests or issues.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Performing receptionist duties when needed.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Attending adhoc monthly meetings with clients in London (Expenses covered).
  • Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Knowledge of "backoffice" computer systems (ERP software).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am pm.


In return our client offering a salary starting from £10.42 per hour, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
