Essential experience:


  • Track record resolving technical issues in a support environment
  • Able to participate in the on call rota

Beneficial skills and experience:


  • Experience of Stock Management software
  • ITIL Fundamentals
  • Experience of Jira Service Desk, Software and Confluence packages
  • Previous experience of Order Management Systems
