Are you a results orientated Product Conversion Manager? Do you have a flair for building and optimising relationship opportunities with clients and stakeholders?


If so, our client have a unique opportunity for a Product Conversion Manager to join their fast-paced team They work with some of the most prestigious and growing financial institutions globally.

They are well established in financial services, and offer:
credit cards, personal loans, car finance deals, mortgages, debt-solutions and credit score products.

Overall purpose of the role:


Your primary responsibility will be strategic account development focusing on managing some of our key relationships and grow overall revenue by enhancing the client experience and introducing new solutions.

You will be in a client-facing role with expectationsthat you will build independent relationships externally, as well as building partnerships with internal stakeholders.


  • Developing key relationships and support the delivery of the full sales cycle
  • Engaging with senior executives within organisations to advise them on how our panel approach and technology can assist them with their own customer and commercial activities
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Teams and their project teams both internally and externally as business liaison to connect both commercial and technical elements
  • This list in not exhaustive and you will be expected to carry out any request deemed reasonable by management._

The ideal Product Conversion Manager:

Our client need a confident, motivated self-starter with strong presentation and communication skills. You will proactively contribute to both maintaining and improving profitability and establishing great relationships, to achieve business objectives.

Youwill act as a key player in the team, keeping up to date with industry news as well as being commercially risk aware.

Previous experience working in the personal finance market/banking sector and the paid acquisitions or marketing space would be beneficial.
