About Us

We are a care provider offering specialist 24-hour care and support to Asian women with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Operating across one care home and three small supported living units in Finchley, we pride ourselves on our passionate and supportive team.

About You
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, compassion, hard work, and a willingness to learn.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and General Housekeeping:

Clean and maintain common areas such as lounges, dining rooms, hallways, stairways, offices, and washrooms.
Ensure residents' rooms are clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Wipe and sterilize touch points like handrails and door handles to prevent the spread of infections.

Safety and Compliance:

Update and adhere to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines.
Follow all infection control rules and regulations strictly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.

Supply Management:

Ensure each site is fully equipped with housekeeping supplies.
Notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.

Team Collaboration and Resident Interaction:

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, maintaining their privacy and dignity.

Job Types:

Full-time - 36 hours, 6 days a week, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday or Sunday - 5 hours a day.

Pay:
From £11.50 per hour
