Salary up to £70,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager looking to work with a leading provider of private dentistry?

We are recruiting on behalf of a private dental clinic based in and around London.

This newly created role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help lead their highly experienced team of technicians to deliver and streamline their production line.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the dental lab, including scheduling, workflow management and resource allocation
Manage a team of dental technicians and support staff to ensure timely completion of cases and adherence to quality standards
Oversee the production of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures and implants
Train and mentor lab staff to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Strong leadership and management skills
Recent experience in a dental laboratory setting
Know of dental lab equipment and materials
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) - preferred
Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology
Bachelors Degree in Dental Technology or related field
