Trainee Control Coordinator

£22,338 - £23,661 (pro rata if part time) (depending on qualifications and experience)

Based in the Finance team you will be responsible for:
Identify and collect overdue invoices.

  • Work with Revenue Officer to coordinate the work processes and procedures to ensure there is a collective and cohesive approach to collecting outstanding debts.
  • To prepare and distribute the monthly debt report to the Finance Management Team
  • To process instalment plans for the payment of invoices and manage the administration of student loans.
  • To provide cover and support to the Finance Assistants in the department where required
  • Online Store administration duties
  • Production and imports of sales invoices in respect of student tuition fees, accommodation, and transport.

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Systems Literate
  • Self motivated with a tenacity to achieve results.
  • Possess strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Possess a 'cando' attitude.
  • Be comfortable chasing debts and dealing with customer queries by phone
