    Job title: Domestic Assistant

    Our Domestic Support role is a vital part of our service, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness for our users. If you have a passion for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in each facility, taking pride in your work to ensure our users receive the best care possible.
    • Stay up-to-date with any changes to policies, procedures, or regulations affecting our service, working collaboratively with colleagues to implement new guidelines.
    • Take responsibility for your own professional development and attendance at training sessions, including mandatory and service-specific requirements.
    • In the event of an incident, report it immediately to your line manager or next available management level, ensuring our users' safety and well-being are prioritized.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • You must be able to provide two suitable references and be eligible to work in the UK.
    • Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential for this role, as is awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
    • While previous experience is desirable, we welcome applicants without prior knowledge of the sector, providing they demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
