Responsibilities:

Help lead a multiskilled construction course at level 1, delivered to 1318 year old learners who struggle to engage with mainstream education.
Develop lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
Educate and assist students in understanding and completing assignments
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction tutoring or teaching, particularly with children
Knowledge of various learning areas including brick, joinery, plastering and painting and decorationg and ability to effectively communicate concepts to students
Familiarity with special education techniques and strategies is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and assignments

Salary:
£130.00-£170.00 per day
