Machine Operators
Swanline Print Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high quality, printed packaging and point of sale display units. Due to continued work load we are looking to recruit Machine Operators to work a rotating double day shift.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- The operation of a range of machinery and equipment within our Print department
- Ensure machines are running to optimum capability
- Ensure high levels of inspection and quality control
- Provide clear communication to both Managers and other team members
- Fully engage with any Company improvement initiatives
- General Production duties upon request
Personal Qualities
- Must be able to work a rotating double day shift
- Have a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Be a team player
- Previous print experience would be an advantage
- Be flexible with working hours and day to day duties
Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week (6am 2pm/2pm 10pm) rotating shift pattern
- Flexibility essential
