Job Description:

This is a 4 year contract to deliver energy efficiency improvement works to homes in the Buckinghamshire area. Phase 1 of these works will be based around Gerards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Other areas will be identified as the project continues.

The primary function of this role is to interface between all stakeholders in terms of liaison, involvement, community cohesion, customer care and service delivery.
The RLO will deal with all issues and queries residents may have while works are being undertaken.
Full Driving License require

Key Skills

Experience of social housing
Excellent communication skills at all levels, proven history within a customer facing role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good journey planning and managing own diary
