We're currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our fantastic client in Northamptonshire.


The role will provide support to the Marketing Director and Marketing Executive by assisting them with the day to day tasks of a busy marketing team.

You should be familiar with marketing concepts and be proactive in all aspects of the role....

  • Marketing projects, events and activities for all service areas across the company
  • Social media campaigns and direct mail communications
  • Creating promotional material including brochures, team sheets, uploading web articles and blogs provided by our internal teams
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for company events and presentations
  • Database management and administration
  • Responding to and referring business enquiries to appropriate teams
  • Coordinating our client surveys
  • Marketing activity reports
  • Carrying out market research and other relevant information that helps develop marketing plans
  • Internal communications to include newsletters, flyers, posters, and events
  • Arrange team meetings and circulate follow ups/action points
  • General support and assistance
  • Enthusiastic attitude to marketing
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Welldeveloped communication, organisational and team working skills
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Ability to be assertive

Essential

  • Knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Great understanding of client care
  • Ability to work as part of the team and also work well independently

Desirable

  • Marketing related degree
  • Knowledge of database management
  • Digital marketing experience
