Job Description:


£110 per day + £5 for meals


We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Central Leeds as a Live In Care CAREGiver.

As a Live In Care CAREGiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver.

However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.

This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.


Qualifications:

Our clients are typically older people living in their own homes who's care needs warrant a live-in care professional.

Your daily chores may include helping clients wash and get dressed for the day, prepare meals and engaging clients in suitable activities.

Ensuring the household chores are completed is also something the live-in care CAREGGiver would need to be focus on.

Ensuring that all aspects of the clients care needs are addressed and also working in collaboration with the support of coordinators and other staff members is key.

A good command of the English language is essential. Great communication and listening skills is also very useful to have. but what's most important in this line of work is empathy, and patience.

If you are a caring, compassionate person who is willing to take the time to understand a clients care needs and meet them to your best abilities, then this is the job for you.

Additional Information


As a Live In Care CAREGiver, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.

In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
