Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
We are recruiting a Site supervisor for our client's site in Ormskirk(L40).


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of site projects.
  • Staff supervision.
  • Basic building maintenance.
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
  • Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.

Our requirements:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
  • Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
  • Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts:
Monday - Friday 06:00 am

  • 11:00am and 16:00pm
  • 18:00pm

Gross annual salary**:
£23, £23,893

£23,151.49-£23,893.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Ormskirk, L40 7RZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
