We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Manfeild Care Ltd, part of Mansfield Care.

We are seeking a Care Assistants to join our team home.

Your main goal as a Care Assistant within one of our Homes is to enhance the lives of residents who live there.

You will ensure the highest quality, person-centred care is delivered to our residents whilst maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choice and independence.

You will be assisting residents with personal care, helping at meal times, getting involved in resident activities and outings and just being a friendly face and someone to talk to over a cup of tea.

You will work under the direct supervision of our Nursing Team who will guide and mentor you through your induction period.
