Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor
Location - Wimborne
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 + DOE
Office based position with the potential for hybrid working in the future.

The Conveyancing matters you will be expected to work on will be a broad variety of traditional conveyancing matters along with more niche files such as, New Builds, Transfer and removal of Equity, Shared Ownership and so on.

You will have support from a dedicated Legal Secretary who will be in the office full time and there for it would be ideal if you, yourself could be based in the office full time but flexibility/hybrid working is available upon competition of your probationaryperiod.
