We are looking for an ER Project Lead to join our Employee Relations Team during an exciting period of growth and change.
You will have knowledge of current UK employment legislation, evidence of TUPE Transfer Experience and be confident to influence HR teams/senior managers in the business.
Effectively planning and delivering ER activity on change initiatives and transformation projectsCoach managers/consultation managers on the consultation process
Act as a point of contact for all queries from consultation managers
Work closely with HRBPs on project delivery
Lead on complex case management on grievances, disciplinaries, performance management etc.
Identifying any key trends in cases and provide solution based recommendations for improvements
