Summary:


The Associate Partner Marketing Specialist serves as the marketing professional to lead projects that will drive the expansion and growth of our strategic business partner ecosystem.

This role partners closely with Marketing, IAM, Sales and Client Services to plan, develop, implement, and measure strategic and tactical partner and channel marketing programs.

These programs are intended to expand and deepen our partner relationships, increase global partner engagement, and build strong awareness of key capabilities of IDeaS and its partners can provide to the industry.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Plans, develops, and implements comarketing campaigns that drive increased partner engagement and awareness to IDeaS and partner organizations customer base.
  • Develops channel and partner marketing strategies and tactics within designated regions and segments
  • Working directly with the Global Partner Organization, administers internal and external awareness programs
  • Produces partner success stories and other programs that leverage our joint clients as brand evangelists
  • Manages and optimizes partner and partner client database
  • Creates and maintains various marketing materials as requested
  • Leads and executes client
- and/or partner-focused communications programs

  • Collaborates with clientfacing touchpoints in the organization to plan and execute partner events and joint marketing programs
  • Develops client and partner focused messaging, leveraging market and client research to maintain fresh, relevant communications
  • Supports a growing number of strategic partners, including Integration, Reseller and others in gotomarket planning and execution
  • Plans and executes comarketing programs that generate targeted, qualified leads
  • Develops partner marketing and sales enablement materials, including sales tools, partner portal, training materials, collateral, marketing guidelines, and demand generation activities
  • Provides partner event support, including, tradeshows, conferences and seminars/webinars
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:


  • B.S. degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, or related field of study
  • 2 + years' experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development
  • Excellent client relations, business development, and account management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
  • Experience managing crossfunctional teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment as team player and skill in handling interpersonal relationships
  • Selfmotivated, strong initiative and work ethic
  • Outgoing, friendly, positive and energetic attitude

Preferences:


  • Hotel/Hospitality experience
  • SaaS experience

Other:


  • Work is typically performed in an office environment, using simple, easy muscular movements, involving only the handling of light materials, tools, or equipment in easy work positions, and with no special speed requirements or long stretches of exertion.
  • Vision requirements for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
