Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for an Asset Administrator to join our Asset team.


What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to provide administration support


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Contract Surveyors in improving the quality of homes and providing support in relation to health and safety compliance.
  • Updating and maintaining key documentation, databases, records, etc.

What you'll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience in a customer focused role and in a very busy environment (preferably within social housing and/or a contractor).
  • Evidence of excellent attention to detail, including data processing and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, numerical and IT skills (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience of taking responsibility for team delivery and KPIs.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
