Hybrid hours per week - 9-5pm
Job Spec:
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Dealing with discrepancies on POs
- Dealing with and resolving any invoice queries
- Processing purchase invoices onto the system
- Checking invoice codes
- Liasing with various managers and departments
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Admin
Person spec:
- Previous experience working within a similar purchase ledger role
- Good IT Skills
- ERP/NAV experience would be an advantage
- Team player
- Hard working
