The role _

As the
Company Secretarial Executive your role will involve the following important duties:

Prepare legal documents to assist with transactional support.
Maintain and update entities.
Negotiate fees.
Prepare engagement letters and confirmation of instructions.
Prepare proforma invoices.
Undertake incorporation of UK entities.

The experience required _

As a successful
Company Secretarial Executive, you will have the following:

ICSA Qualified.
Proven experience and thorough understanding of Blueprint Oneworld Software.
Experience working within a recognised Corporate practice.
Excellent drafting skills.
Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
