Salary - up to £100K + Benefits

Flexible hybrid role with 2 days maximum in a London office

At the moment, I'm collaborating with a business whose mission is to create the best-in-class home insurance platform while also giving people a sense of being heard and understood.

For the purpose of continuing to develop the insurance industry's future,we are looking for a Senior Java developer to join our outstanding team.


As a Senior Java developer you will:

  • Be building APIs and working on microservices
  • Working with a team that follows a DevOps philosophy practicing TDD, encouraging you to take ownership of your code.
  • Focusing on cloudbased and distributed architectures, using Event Sourcing, Event Driven, and Restful APIs.

Tech stack requirements for a Java developer:

  • Java 11 +, AWS, Microservices
  • Message architectures like AMQP, JMS, SNS, SQS
  • Clean code and understand the principles of OO
