37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

South-east based, north Kent (Dartford Area)

We are currently seeking an administrator assistant to work with us to control and help expand the business.

There are two experienced members of the administration team and the assistant role will work closely with these two members of the team.

We are working with market leading CMMS, Job Logic, which needs to be developed further to realise its full potential.

Role Description
The role will support our day-to-day operations, organising and prioritising workload.
Liaising with clients and our team to get works delivered efficiently and effectively. Good communication skills are essential, and you must be self-motivated.

You will need to assist with the resolution of any labour resource problems to get work completed on time. The role will operate our CMMS system. The role will manage client's portals and provide necessary information to them. You will need to liaise with suppliers to purchase parts and equipment required to complete the work.

You will help keep the office function and facilities running efficiently and make sure all supplies are available.

Full time 37.5 hours a week.
Salary £16-18k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
  • Provide information to stakeholders in relation to our job activities.
  • Operate and maintain our CMMS (JobLogic).
  • Manage the office requirements.
  • Plan delivery dates with clients and our team.
  • Maintain our SharePoint sites.
  • Keep training records for engineering team.
  • Presents a positive image of the Company during external discussions.
  • Works in the interest of the Company even if it involves putting own needs aside.
  • Promotes the professional ability of the Company by providing exemplar services and meeting client and contractual requirements.

Duties

  • Support senior members of the team.
  • Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required.
  • Provide operational reports to the business.
  • Manage office requirements; stationary, sustenance etc.
  • Assist the team to deliver contractual requirements.
  • Plan engineering tasks and schedule day works with the engineering team.
  • Organise and facilitate office meetings.
  • Assist with the development of Company standards and the "knowledge centre".
  • Work to deadlines and agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with suppliers to purchase parts and equipment.
