Our client is a busy Manufacturing company and is looking for a Service Administrator to join their busy team

As the Service Administrator duties include:

  • Accept incoming national and international service calls and allocate an engineer to attend sites within the agreed response times
  • Process service reports, order and ship parts, arrange engineer's return visit whilst keeping the customer updated
  • Organising regular engineer visits to client sites
  • Updating repair logs
  • Arrange collection of scrap from client site
  • Filing paperwork and updating repair logs
  • Raise purchase orders and invoicing jobs
  • Regular stock take of stock availability at distribution centres

As the Service Administrator you will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive can do attitude
